Denis Dimitrov was born in 2001 and is a national canoe-kayak competitor. In 2019 became vice-European champion in the K1-500 from the championship in the Czech Republic, as well as fourth in the K1-200m. At the World Championships in Pitesti, Romania, he placed sixth in the K1 -500m. Denis is the recipient of a number of prestigious awards from various international forums, as well as a multiple national champion of Bulgaria, not only in the youth sets, but also in men.
